Angelica Teixeira Early Life
From a young age, Angelica was passionate about fitness. Growing up active, she became interested in weight training in her teens. However, at just 15 years old, she was told she was too young to get a gym membership in Brazil, where the minimum age was 18.
Not one to give up on her goals, Angelica started working out at home. Using just basic dumbbells and her own bodyweight, she stayed determined to stay in shape. She did pushups, squats, lunges, and other exercises that didn’t require gym equipment.
Finally, when Angelica turned 18, she eagerly signed up for her first gym membership. With access to new equipment like barbells and machines, she trained harder than ever. Inspired by the possibilities, she set her sights on becoming a personal trainer.
But first, Angelica had to earn a four-year college degree in physical education. She diligently worked towards her goal, motivated by her lifelong passion for fitness. After graduating, she went on to become a certified personal trainer, helping others achieve their health and fitness aspirations.
